GROUP SALES

 

Group rates are now available for groups of 15 or more.  Gather up your family, your co-workers or clergy and save more when you book a group. 

 

Group Sales Policies

• All seats are reserved.

• A $50 deposit required on orders under $500; $100 is required for orders $500 or greater. 

• If the deposit is not made the reservation will be considered null and void.

• Full payment is required ten days prior to performance date; otherwise reservation will be considered canceled.

• No refunds on deposits or unused tickets will be issued after payment is rendered.

• Changes in reservations will be accepted up to ten days prior to the performance date.

• No weather cancellation will occur prior  to performance to 8:45pm on the day of the performance.

Group Sales General Information

• Group rates are applicable for groups of 15 or more.

• Senior discounts are applicable to those 60 and older.

• Child discounts are applicable to those 12 and under.

• Tours begin promptly at 5:00pm.

• Dinner hours are from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

• Payments are accepted by cash, check, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).

Bring your company out to Caesar’s Ford Amphitheatre and enjoy a catered event, a professional show, and some special perks!

THE FULL HOUSE

 For those big orders, Wednesday and Thursday evenings can be purchased entirely.

PRICE: $14,000 includes 1,400 seats (that’s a $10,000 savings!)

¨ Companies may cater their own events, or use The Little Miami Catering Company for $8.00 per person.

¨ Enjoy a pre-show party with entertainment by the cast of Blue Jacket from 7:00-8:00 pm.

¨ Wine & Beer Bars available upon request.

¨ Backstage Tours are also available for large groups.

 

THE MORE, THE MERRIER

For smaller organizations interested in enjoying the great outdoors. These picnics are available every night of the week Blue Jacket is showing.

PRICE: Applicable per group.
