First Frontier welcomes back Washington Irving’s short story The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as it celebrates a second season on Caesar Ford Amphitheatre’s epic three acre stage. Produced by the creators of Blue Jacket and adapted by David Dortch. It’s a perfect Halloween classic for the whole family to enjoy with wild horse races, entertaining stage battles and a seasonal twist for the entire family!

THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW begins at 8:00 pm nightly. It runs for 2 hours with a twenty minute intermission. A Meet and Greet with the cast is offered after each show for pictures and autographs.

No refunds on deposits or unused tickets will be issued after payment is rendered.

Opening September 6-30, 2007. Shows perform nightly Thursday-Sunday at 8:00 pm.

CONCESSION STAND: The Concession Stand will be open from 5:30 pm until after intermission each evening. Hamburgers, nachos, hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, ice-cream, candy, and more. Cash is accepted.

GIFT SHOP: THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW Gift Shop will be open from 5:30 pm each evening until 11:00 pm. Enjoy a variety of Native American gifts and Western Style items. Cash, Checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

DINNER: Mouth watering dishes are just a phone call away. Enjoy catered meals each night offered by The Little Miami River Catering Company. Vegetarian Options Available. Adults: $8.95 Children: $7.95. Dinner begins at 5:30 until 7:30 pm each evening. Please make your reservation by 2:00 pm the day of the show.

Group Sales Policies

All seats are reserved.
A $50 deposit required on orders under $500; $100 is required for orders $500 or greater.
If the deposit is not made the reservation will be considered null and void.
Full payment is required ten days prior to performance date; otherwise reservation will be considered canceled.
No refunds on deposits or unused tickets will be issued after payment is rendered.
Changes in reservations will be accepted up to ten days prior to the performance date.
No weather cancellation will occur prior to performance to 8:45pm on the day of the performance.

Group Sales General Information

Child discounts are applicable to those 12 and under.

2008 Calendar Under Construction

First Frontier's Policy Regarding Weather Related Cancellations.

RAIN HOLD

In case of inclement or unsafe weather, productions at the Caesar’s Ford Amphitheater will be put on a “rain hold” for as long as 45 minutes before cancellation. No performance will be cancelled until 8:45 p.m. If the performance is officially canceled, an announcement to that effect will be made at the theater. There are NO REFUNDS but your ticket may be use as a Rain Check for any future performance*. No Rain Check will be honored if you leave the theater prior to official cancellation.

Please note: THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW performances that complete Act II, Scene 8 are considered complete performances and are not eligible for the Rain Check policy.

HEAT SHOWS

In 2006 Xenia, Ohio experienced extreme heat indexes during the summer season. Due to this experience FIRST FRONTIER, INC. is developing a new policy to include heat shows. If management finds it unsafe to perform THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW, the show will be canceled in advance. Box office personnel will notify patrons who have already purchased seats and their tickets may be used as a Rain Check for any future performance.*We apologize for any inconvenience either of these cancellations cause our patrons but they are necessary for Outdoor Drama.
